味わいの特徴
100% "Fukunohana" rice, a special rice cultivated under contract, is used. After bottling, the nigori sake, which is full of rice flavor, is further fermented in the bottle with yeast to seal in carbon dioxide gas. The moderate effervescence matches the fresh and crisp flavor, making it ideal as an aperitif or an in-between-dinner drink. The label is decorated with a snowflake pattern. It can be enjoyed all year round, including festive occasions and parties.
