味わいの特徴
It is our lightest dry sake with a sake strength of +8, made from "Shin Senbon" rice, a specialty of Hiroshima. When cooled, it has a brilliant sharpness, and when heated, it becomes a full-bodied, soft sake with no hint of dryness. It is also an excellent partner for food. The rice used to make this sake, Shin-Senbon, is a representative rice of Hiroshima, and its high tenacity means that even highly polished rice is less likely to crack, and it contains less protein, which can cause a tangy taste.
