- This sake is brewed with rice produced in Aizu and "Takashimizu," a famous local water, using the traditional "four-stage brewing of glutinous rice. It is a junmai sake with a mild aroma and a strong rice flavor, and the moderate acidity gives it a pleasantly sharp aftertaste, making it recommended as a mid-meal drink. It is recommended as an in-between-dinner drink. It goes well not only chilled, but also room temperature, lukewarm, or hot, so enjoy it as you like. When heated, the aroma will spread and the flavor will become even more pronounced.
