味わいの特徴
It is a honjozo sake with a good balance of richness, umami, sweetness, and acidity that only "glutinous rice four-step brewing" can provide, and has a crisp, well-defined flavor. It is an easy-drinking, refined sake with a slightly less sweetness than the standard Zuishoukaizumi. When served lukewarm to hot, the flavor gradually broadens.
