Daiginjyo and other sake brewing products are usually made with rice suitable for sake brewing, such as Yamada-Nishiki and Aiyama. Sake rice is relatively more expensive than other types of rice because of its lower per-unit yield and the advanced cultivation techniques required. The price of sake rice is comparatively high. We want to provide sake fans with tasty sake that is relatively inexpensive. We want to deliver sake that is so delicious that sake fans will say, "This sake is delicious! After several years of trial and error, we were able to produce Junmai Daiginjo.
