味わいの特徴
Junmai Ginjo "Chinzai Hachiro" sake brewed in Uemine Town. Proposed by the "Service Group for the Protection of Tsukimeka Oubo (Tomb of Tsuki-meka-oh-bo) and the Kofun Park." We want to give handmade sake as a gift in return for Kamimine Town's hometown tax payment. The sake rice is also rice harvested in the town, the yeast fungus is "camellia yeast," a flowering tree in the town, the product title is written by calligrapher Yoshimizu Yamaguchi, and the label is made of Meio washi paper. Many people, including Mitsuo Terasaki, a volunteer, participated in the koji making and preparation of the sake, putting their heart and soul into it.
