Miinokotobuki Junmaiginjo +14ookarakuchi
- The 60% polished Yamadanishiki rice is made into a very dry sake at +14% alcohol by volume, and at 14% alcohol by volume, it is a junmai ginjo-shu that is crisp and easy to drink. It is also delicious when heated to about 40 degrees Celsius.

- Because it is a really clear and dry sake, it is best to serve with dishes that are not seasoned with much flavor, such as white meat fish, tofu, or soup stock.
