味わいの特徴
The four Honjozo sake varieties of "Shiroku" have been combined into a single, renewed sake that can be drunk every day. The soft umami flavor spreads lightly, and the finish is clean and crisp. The rice used is locally grown Asahi no Yume and Hidahomare. The product name "Nanjamonja" comes from the name of a tree in the To-no area, one of the To-no Miki trees with beautiful white flowers, and was created with locally grown rice and brewing water. The name "Nanjamonja" is derived from the name of a tree in the Tohno area, which is one of the three trees with beautiful white flowers.
