Umami dryness goes well with everyday dishes. It has a strong umami taste, so it does not lose out to dishes with strong flavors, such as meat dishes, and a synergistic effect of flavors can be expected. This delicious bottle of "umami" is made from rice polished to 55% to extract only the fine flavor of Akita Prefecture's indigenous sake rice, "Gin no Sei" and "Akinosei".
