味わいの特徴
100% Koshitanrei, a new rice developed by Niigata Prefecture for sake brewing, is used, polished to the maximum 40%. This flagship Daiginjo-shu is based on a sake that has been awarded three times in the Kanto Shinetsu Regional Taxation Bureau's sake competition (first place) and has been entered in other competitions. Since the first commercial release, a list of customers and their comments on the sake have been kept in order of the serial number on the cedar box and label, and continue to be a company treasure to this day.
