Since Hakuryu Shuzo opened its brewery in the granary area of the Echigo Plain in 1838, it has been brewed with the blessings of high-quality rice and water, and is a slightly dry sake with a rich flavor. It is a regular Hakuryu sake that tastes best when moderately heated. A cup type sake is also available.
