Junmai Daiginjo with an elegant, refreshing aroma and a rich, dry taste, brewed with Omachi rice. High-grade Omachi rice is used to produce this luxurious sake, polished to half its original amount. It is characterized by the clean flavor of the rice, a full, clean taste, and an elegant aroma that comes through to the nose when the sake is sipped. When you take it into your mouth, you can feel the clean rice flavor that only Omachi rice can offer. It is popular as an aperitif at the brewery's restaurant, Nishikura. It is best enjoyed cold or warmed as an aperitif or a mid-meal drink.
