The "Agara..." series is the most representative of Kido's climate. This sake is a limited version of that series. The sake is stored at 0°C (32°F) instead of being heated to bring out the natural flavor of the rice and match it with the refreshing acidity of the low-polished rice. It is a sake with a strong rice flavor and body, with a crisp aftertaste.
