味わいの特徴
Because our Otsu Shochu is added as part of the ingredients, it cannot be labeled as a "Daiginjo" under the definition of Specified Name Sake, but it is a "special sake" made with an abundance of Yamada Nishiki with a rice polishing ratio of 30% and created with the techniques and sensibilities of the Ishimoto Shuzo brewery. Compared to the Super Special, it is characterized by a more concentrated flavor and a "robust" taste, making it a particularly sensitive sake among Koshinokanbai's offerings.
