味わいの特徴
Genuine doburoku with a taste that could be called the origin of sake, where the rice grains are sweet but the sake is slightly dry. The sake brewery has obtained a license for the production of other brewed sake to brew it, allowing it to be sold as it is without straining. The alcohol content is a little high, but the unique sharpness and flavor are sure to become addictive.
