味わいの特徴
A refreshing squash type of Hanaboe! A sparkling activated nigori sake with a dry fruity taste. When bottled, it is filled and tightly corked, leaving a "nigori" (a bitterness) in the bottle. Fermentation continues inside the bottle, and the fermentation gas (carbon dioxide gas) that has lost its escape route accumulates inside the bottle, resulting in a squashy sake. The fermentation gas builds up in the bottle and makes the sake shriek with a refreshing acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits, a gentle bitterness, and a fruity, sweet aroma that can be enjoyed dry due to the fermentation gas.
