Koshihikari no Junmaisyu Orochinomai
- High quality Koshihikari rice produced in Sada-cho, Izumo City is polished in-house and fermented vigorously. We dare to brew sake with Koshihikari rice that is not sake rice. This is the 19th year since we started such an effort. This year's sake is again dry, but with the umami of rice and the aroma of koji (malted rice). This product is made from sake pressed in a wooden vat and bottled without filtration.
