Kisosansen Jummaidaiginjo Buryoutougen
- Named after the legend of "Senkyo, where peach blossoms bloom beautifully," this sake is made from 40% Yamada-Nishiki rice suitable for sake brewing and brewed slowly at low temperature with limpid Kiso River subsoil water. It has a mild taste with a fruity aroma.
