The raw material rice, environmentally friendly rice type B "Kuranohana", is grown by Ichinokura Nosha, which aims to become a self-sustaining agricultural producer through environmentally friendly agriculture, and is used to make Junmai Daiginjo using Yamahai brewing. The "Kuranohana", which is characterized by its clean aroma, is brewed using the Yamahai method to bring out its full flavor and create a sake that harmonizes the gorgeous aroma and clean quality of ginjo-style brewing.
