味わいの特徴
This is a standard Tokujiro brand sake made from 100% "Gohyakumangoku" rice grown in Kyoto Prefecture and polished to 55%. It is brewed in a small brewing process and bottled without filtration after the top vatting, and each bottle is carefully bottle-warmed, fire-quenched, and stored in refrigerated bottles for thorough quality control. It has a gentle yet refreshing ginjo aroma, and the elegant flavor of the rice spreads out, with a rich umami and sharp, crisp acidity that leaves a pleasant aftertaste. The freshness and intensity of the aroma immediately after the bottle is uncorked, followed by a gradual sense of cohesion and balance. It is recommended to be served cold, at room temperature, or warmed. It is a perfect food wine to complement your meal.
