味わいの特徴
This special junmai sake is made from 60% polished rice, using Kyoto's representative rice for sake brewing, "Shuku". It is brewed in a small brewing process and bottled without filtration after the top vatting, and each bottle is carefully heated and fired before being stored in a refrigerated bottle for thorough quality control. It has a refreshing aroma of muscat and pineapple, and a pleasant taste with a sharp acidity that gives a clean impression to the mellow rice flavor characteristic of the celebratory spirit. The freshness and intensity of the flavor is felt immediately after the bottle is uncorked, and then it gradually becomes more cohesive and well-balanced. It is recommended to be served cold, at room temperature, or warmed.
