- A dry sake with a spreading umami flavor. The nose has a banana-like ginjo aroma. After the umami flavor spreads in the mouth, it is a dry junmai sake that finishes with a strong and sharp acidity. The "richness and strong acidity" characteristic of "Rohafu," sake rice grown only in Nara Prefecture, is beautifully expressed in this sake.
