Junmai Daiginjo-shu, a highly aromatic sake. Even among Takebayashi's many blended sake, this sake is not blended, but bottled every single year. This sake has a round, smooth taste with a full-bodied flavor. It leaves a fruity, muscat-like impression in the aftertaste. It is recommended as an aperitif, but also goes well with dishes such as white moldy cheese, carpaccio, and desserts with a gentle sweetness using fruits. It is recommended to be served chilled in a wine glass.
