味わいの特徴
This junmai sake is made from Omachi, a specialty sake rice of Okayama, and brewed using the traditional shubo (sake mother) method called "nama-moto. Brewed with natural lactic acid bacteria and brewer's yeast using the longtime skills and experience of the Bicchu toji, it is a sake with the very flavor of the Shirakiku brewery. Please enjoy the deep flavor of the acidity and complex umami that is nurtured by the little lives that live in the brewery.
