Kinichiro Kagei, the founder of Yamahai-zukuri at the end of the Meiji era (1868-1912), experimentally brewed Suehiro Sake Brewery Kanei Kura at the beginning of the Taisho era (1912-1926). Suehiro's Kagishiki Yamahai brewing has been handed down since that time. It is a well-balanced Junmai Yamahai sake with a mixture of sourness and sweetness.
