味わいの特徴
Rice has been grown since ancient times in terraced rice paddies spread out on the slopes of mountains in Aikawa, Tosa Town, Tosa County, Kochi Prefecture. Kaygetsu's special junmai sake is made from rice grown in this area, which is 350 to 600 meters above sea level, with a temperature difference of 15 degrees Celsius between day and night, and blessed with delicious water and air. The sake will taste even better if you drink it while imagining the beautiful scenery of the terraced rice paddies.
