This Daiginjo-shu is made with the highest quality sake brewing rice, "Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture", polished to a luxurious 35%, and brewed with water from the Myoko Mountains and our own active cultured yeast. It has a gorgeous fragrance unique to Daiginjyo and a deep lingering aftertaste that goes down your throat easily.
