Kirakucho karakuchi Jummaiginjo
- This sake was brewed from the desire to "drink a dry sake with umami. It is characterized by the umami of rice derived from koji at the top, followed by a lingering spiciness that spreads in the mouth. It is a one-of-a-kind sake that combines the umami of rice with the spiciness of a sake with a sake strength of +14, thanks to the deep flavors of the koji that only Kirakucho can produce. Please pay attention to the original flavor of sake, which is not only hot but also spicy, and the changing spiciness of the lingering aftertaste.
