- Manotsuru Manho received great acclaim from Japanese and American wine journalists alike. It has a ripe aroma of fruit and a fresh taste of pear. It is well-balanced as if it were a round, seven-colored sphere, and is the ultimate in Japanese sake that goes beyond sake. It is good to drink it chilled, but we dare you to try it at about 15 degrees. Try it in a wine glass to further appreciate its mellow, multi-layered flavor.
