味わいの特徴
Junmai Ginjo-shu is a junmai ginjo-shu that can be served warm or cold, depending on the dish. It has a subtle hint of fragrance, a full and crisp flavor, and a sharpness that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it. The ukiyoe on the label was painted in the Edo period (1603-1867), and the barrel behind the two young men is marked "Garyubai" (臥龍梅), which is an exact reproduction of the original ukiyoe.
