Manzairaku Hakusan Tokubetsujunmai
- Only the finest Yamadanishiki is used to brew this sake, using the facilities and techniques of Morin Ginjo-Kura Hakusan. This special junmai sake has a mellow flavor and a clean, refreshing taste. The Hakusan series uses only Yamadanishiki produced in Kuchiyoshikawa-cho, Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture, a special A district, and we visit the production area to purchase Yamadanishiki grown in the special A-A district, which has an even higher rating than the special A district.
