Kinokuniyabunzaemon Junmai Namachozoushu
- It has a "gentle taste with a delicious rice flavor" that is typical of Wakayama. It has a more gorgeous aroma than ordinary junmai sake, and can be drunk on the rocks. Although it is a flavorful sake, the acidity makes it refreshing on the rocks. It also has a freshness that is only possible with fresh-stored sake, and by hi-iring it only once, it also has a firm and calm aroma that is not found in nama-shu.
