This is an Arabashiri from the "Ara, Chu, and Seki" series, which are junmai ginjo carefully brewed in small batches and separated by the timing of pressing in a traditional vat. This is a unique and popular series that allows you to compare the exact same sake. Arabashiri" is the first stage of pressing, in which the sake is naturally pressed by the weight of a stack of bags without applying pressure.
