味わいの特徴
MK series with white malted rice brewing and sweet acidity. This sake challenges a completely different taste from mansaku no hana. This sake is blended with white koji, a type of koji used for shochu, and has a pleasant citric acidity and a sweet, banana-like aroma! We used our original "Hinomaru" rice for the hanging rice, and the result is a bottle that offers a complex interplay of acidity and umami. Partially using white malted rice, it has an exquisite taste with a mixture of citric acidity and sweetness.
