Fudo Ichidohiire Jummaidaiginjoshu
- This Junmai Daiginjo is made from 50% polished Sake-komachi, Akita Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. It has a refreshing aroma that does not become boring as it matures. The sake is bottled in a Yabuta-style machine. The alcohol content is adjusted to the 15 degree Celsius range, and the product is carbon-free filtered and once-fired.
