Kaori Ume-shu Gonenchozo
- Deep, melting flavor. The rich aroma is intoxicating. Ume plums carefully grown by farmers in Yamaguchi Prefecture are soaked in rice shochu (rice liquor), which is slowly laid down in a sake brewery, and then left to rest in the brewery for over five years by the brewers. We recommend drinking it on the rocks, with hot water, or with water.
- Rice shochu, plums, and sugar
- How about refreshing noodles and fresh plum on the rocks?
