味わいの特徴
Yamada-Nishiki grown by local farmers and our own employees in their own rice paddies is carefully polished to less than 35%, This Daiginjo-shu is made with the limpid water of the Taradake mountain range. This Daiginjo (limited edition) is the same as the sake entered in the competition, This Daiginjo-shu (limited edition) is a special Daiginjo-shu made by squeezing with the same "shizuku" method as the one used for the sake to be entered in the competition.
