- This sake is made using only rice grown in Saga Prefecture (Reihou, etc.) to bring out the original flavor and sweetness of the rice, and is made with a focus on the local Saga area. It is our most popular honjozo sake, made without using any sweeteners or enzymes and brewed in the traditional three-stage process used for high-end sake.
