This is "Autumn New Sake", a new Tocho sake brewed in the cold that has spent the summer in the brewery and matured with the autumn breeze to a mild and moderate maturity. Unlike "winter new sake," it is a soft, crisp, and mellow sake that can only be enjoyed during this season. This seasonal product is only available for one month in September every year.
