Takakiya Tokubetsujunmaishu Natsuzake
- The production process is the same as that of special junmai sake, but it is made to have a quality that does not tire the drinker as a hot summer sake. It is a dry sake that is sharp and refreshing rather than full-bodied. It is an easy-drinking sake with just the right amount of umami. We recommend drinking it chilled, but it is also good lukewarm.
