味わいの特徴
The first time Haruka brewed sake with Misato Nishiki was in the winter of 2006. We harvested more than 20 bales of Misato Nishiki from three acres of rice paddies, polished the rice to 50%, and brewed a junmai ginjo with Kumamoto yeast (KA-4). Since then, the area of Misato Nishiki cultivation has increased more than 30 times, but we continue to produce this junmai ginjo. In other words, it can be said that this Haruka Green Label is the sake that started Haruka's business anew. *Notice regarding the sale of this product This product is available only during Craft Sake Week, and will be shipped sequentially after May 8 (Mon.), after the end of GW. Please note that we do not accept delivery date requests.
