味わいの特徴
This junmai nigori sake is brewed with Aizu rice and "Takashimizu," the local famous water, using the traditional "four-stage brewing of glutinous rice. It has a creamy taste with sufficient umami and richness, and a beautiful sweetness that is typical of Hanazono. It has a creamy taste with a sharp and clean aftertaste. It can be enjoyed chilled or warmed, and the sweetness that spreads softly on the palate is enhanced when it is heated. For an even more enjoyable experience, we recommend "wari-mizu-wari" (heating the water before heating) or "soda-wari" (soda with water) for a more refreshing drink.
