味わいの特徴
This sake is brewed with rice produced in Aizu and "Takashimizu," a famous local water, using the traditional "four-stage brewing of glutinous rice. It is a smooth, smooth-sloping sake with just the right amount of umami, and has a crisp, clean taste. It is a dry sake with umami flavor, and has an excellent overall balance. It is recommended to be served cold or, depending on your preference, lukewarm or hot. As a food sake, it will not interfere with dishes, but will accompany and complement them.
