The main item of the Moriboshi brand. A fresh food sake brewed with Yamadanishiki from Kato-shi, Hyogo Prefecture. Based on the concept of Morichanai, it is light in mouthfeel and has a taste that is mainly sour, umami, and good bitterness in order to enhance the taste of food. We brew sake that embodies Kyoto's sense of beauty. To brew beautiful sake that loves the four seasons of Japan. We believe that the essence of sake is "rice," and we will reevaluate our approach from the perspective of agriculture, focusing on Tojo, where Yamadanishiki is originally grown. We hope that sake will be loved more in the world, and we will brew sake by enlivening the field of agriculture.
