- This sake, named after Kuroganeya, the house name of Tsukasa Botan, is a top-grade daiginjo-shu that is not usually sold and is used only for entry in various sake competitions. At the National New Sake Competition (date of decision: May 12-13, 2022), it was awarded the highest gold medal again this year. Please enjoy to your heart's content the supreme harmony of the dignified ginjo aroma and smooth, rich flavor.
