味わいの特徴

The "treasured sake" is a fantastic sake that is slowly aged at a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius or lower. It is made entirely by hand, using only the core white of the rice, which is harvested under contract with local farmers, and the outside of the rice is cut down to 45% without the use of agricultural chemicals. The "Hizou Shizuku-shu" has a slightly effervescent, dry, clean taste and its freshness is best when drunk in a sorbet-like state.
