Our Yamada-Nishiki is made from Yamada-Nishiki from the Yoshida and Mizuo areas of Hyogo Prefecture. Yamada-Nishiki, harvested in a land rich in nature, is able to express an overwhelming flavor because of its long history. This product is a piece of "Houou Mita" that weaves and carefully conveys the story of the local climate, the sake rice that changes with the climate from year to year, and the thoughts of the producers. Pour it into a glass and enjoy the ginjo aroma that spreads as the sake temperature rises, and the mellow and gentle rice flavor.
