味わいの特徴
A standard junmai ginjo from the Abe series. It has an even clearer taste and more assertive acidity than the standard junmai sake. The rice variety used changes from year to year, but 100% local Niigata rice is used. The flavor changes slightly depending on the brewing lot, so please enjoy the taste of each tank. You can check the lot number on the back label.
