味わいの特徴
The rice used is "Gohyakumangoku" and "Koshibuki," high quality rice grown by local farmers. The brewing water is "Tengu no Shimizu" (soft water), a famous water drawn from the brewery's well. Special in-house yeast S-3 is used to bring out the fresh aroma and full flavor. We pursued a clean and elegant taste. It can be enjoyed with meals, especially Japanese food. Enjoy it slightly chilled or warmed.
