Daiginjo Koshitanrei Tenryohai
- All Koshitanrei rice, polished to 40% by our own rice polishing process, is used to brew this Daiginjo. The sake is pressed at low temperature fermentation and stored in low temperature tanks in the brewery for at least one year. It has a gorgeous aroma, a delicious taste of rice, and a sharp aftertaste.
